Leinda Peterman is a Project Director for Education Development Center's EdTech Leaders® Online where she develops online courses and facilitates online and onsite training for districts and states, including a 10-state USDE Ready to Teach grant consortium. Additionally, she is part of the ETLO strategic planning team. Formerly, she was the director of AMERICA 2000, a USDE Technology Innovation Challenge Grant, awarded to Concordia Parish (County) School District, Louisiana on behalf of a consortium of five school districts. Leinda has 33 years experience as an administrator and experience in organizing and managing professional development programs, especially related to the integration of technology into the standards-based curriculum. She holds a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a B.A. in English from Mississippi University for Women.
